Lance Armstrong dropped his fight on Thursday night against the doping charges lodged in June by the US Anti-Doping Agency. He did so without admitting to the allegations that he used banned substances and improper methods to gain an edge in the sport of cycling to win an unprecedented seven Tours de France.
