Adventure Cycling on Instagram.

A few months ago, I attended a workshop about social media. Our instructor told us to think about our favorite social media sites and how we could incorporate those into the organizations we work for and love.

Being slightly obsessed with Instagram, I jumped at the chance to get Adventure Cycling on board. It makes so much sense! Cyclists are taking inspiring/beautiful, hilarious/awesome pictures on their adventures and those with smart phones are sharing them on Instagram already. And we want a piece of that. We want to see those photos!

So we'll be there now.

If you're taking your smart phone on your next bike adventure, tag your Instagram photos with things like #biketouring, #ACAtour, #adventurecycling, #bikeovernights, or #bikelove. (Those are the ones we search for the most to find bike enthusiasts.) And follow us! (Again, we're @adventurecycling)

We love seeing your adventures play out on the road and we'll keep you updated with how many visitors we are seeing and what Eddy Merckx thinks of our upcoming 2013 Calendar.
