At Adventure Cycling headquarters, our work environment is the epitome of casual, so our high heels, bow ties, lacy dresses, suits, and whatnot, collect dust in wait for a semi-formal wedding or party invite.
Until, that is, we instated "Fancy Friday." We pulled our fanciest outfits from the back of the stacks to spruce up our workday.
