When thinking about what to change or improve, we have gleaned a lot from our web stats, but we would really love direct input as well! Please tell us what you want to read or see more of on the blog by leaving a comment on this post or on Facebook, or by sending a message on Twitter.
As food for thought, check out our top 10 posts from October!
#10. U.S. Bicycle Route System 101 - This post gives a quick introduction to the U.S. Bicycle Route System. While #10 in October, it is actually our #1 blog post of all time!
#9. Why Rhine Rhymes with USBRS - The success of EuroVelo (Europe's official cycling route network) has many lessons for us as we work to build an official U.S. Bicycle Route System.
#8 Riding the Rhine River Bicycle Route - First-hand account of a four-day trip on the Rhine River Bicycle Route.
#7. I Like Your Bike. - Whimsical post about showing your fellow cyclists some love with "I Like Your Bike." flyers. A quick and fun way to make a cyclist's day!
#6. What Makes a Good Bicycle Travel Video? Show us! - We recently kicked off our first bike-travel video contest with a fabulous guest post from Blanche van der Meer featuring tips on creating your bike-touring masterpiece.
#5. Product Spotlight: Chico Bag - Handy, light, reusable. What's not to love? Product reviews are a yes, no?
#4. Passport to Pain - Each year, this creative fundraising ride on Vashon Island takes in all of the island's hills for 10,000 vertical feet of climbing in one day. Now who doesn't want to do (or read about) that?
#3. Reader Giveaway: Bike shipping box from BikeFlights.com - This giveaway is over. But since it's #3 for the month and captured more than 68 comments, we think it's pretty obvious that giveaways are popular!
#2. 50 Places to Bike Before You Die - Routes and destinations. No surprise that this is #2.
#1. Tour prepping a recumbent - October's #1 post is a very nice contribution from Bryan J. Ball, editor of BentRider Online. We've heard a lot from recumbent riders about wanting more content specifically for their rides. This June, Adventure Cyclist dedicated an entire issue to alternative rides (check out a few of the features), and we plan on bringing Bryan back to the blog for several more posts this year!
Now, we'd really value your input! What do you want to see more of?
