Lazy Days

For most of us, wintertime is a little bit of a lazier time of year. Yeah, you do some skiing and cold-weather commuting, but unless you're a fat-bike aficionado you probably do a little less riding and a little more couch surfing during the winter. And that's not necessarily a bad thing! It's nice to give our bodies a rest and some time to properly rebuild. It also gives us some time to think about the adventures we'd like to have in the upcoming year, and to read stories that inspire us. If we went as hard as we could all the time, we'd just get burned out.

For help in planning your next adventure, visit our routes and maps web pages and check out our incredible route network.

Need some inspirational reading? Visit Cyclosource and check out our books. You can read accounts of family travels and exploits on tandems, as well as how-to books about trip planning, nutrition, and emergency bike repair.
